Massage Therapist Durant Resort Description Job Summary: The Massage Therapist performs services that meet the established guidelines for that type of service offering and that exceed guest expectations. Ensuring the "Choctaw Experience" for members and guests by maintaining the Choctaw Expectations and Brand Standards. + Start Rate: $4.00/hour plus commission | Part-Time positions available | Multiple shifts available Primary Tasks: 1.

Ensures work areas are clean and set according to procedures. Clean and disinfect all equipment on a daily basis. 2.

Understand and use universal precautions when providing services. 3. Assesses contraindications of guest that may prevent service from taking place.

4. Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and has complete knowledge of all spa services presently offered. 5.

Suggest to guests other beneficial treatments offered in the spa and recommend products for home use with a minimum service to sales ratio of 5%. 6. Perform all treatments on services' menu based on current certifications.

Begin and end all treatments on time. 7. Understand the ingredients in products to be able to answer guest's questions in a knowledgeable and professional matter and be able to explain the associated benefits to the guests.

8. Inform Spa Supervisor/Spa Director of product needs. 9.

Assists staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products to help maintain facility and prepare for special events. 10. Other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Skills and Experience: MINIMUM + Must maintain all current licenses and certifications that are required on a state and local level. + Excellent customer service skills and work ethic. + Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
