THE POSITION... Our rapidly growing wholesale nutrition company seeks an experienced, motivated "draw against commission" sales representative to take inbound leads from Chiropractic offices who have expressed interest in our company's product line. The commission structure, which will be discussed with qualified candidates is EXTREMELY lucrative...the most recent new sales representative earned 6-figures his 2nd year with the company. Our current client base is approximately 2% of Chiropractic offices in the United States so future growth is essentially unlimited.
Additional responsibilities will include outbound calls to existing inbound leads who did not purchase, as well as existing customers who have not purchased products recently with the goal of reengaging them to purchase. You will be required to meet monthly sales quotas, prepare and submit weekly sales reports to owners, and learn how products work and guide doctors on how to promote it in their offices.
Currently, all new client leads currently received are inbound leads ONLY so you will be interacting with individuals who want to talk to you.
WHO YOU NEED TO BE... If you apply for this position you must have 2+ years of professional sales experience and be able to quickly absorb and retain product knowledge. The successful candidate will receive training for two weeks, then start receiving your own inbound leads, and managing your own accounts. Bachelor's degree preferred.
