Job DescriptionChipton-Ross is seeking a Marketing Specialist for an opening in West Hills, CA.SUMMARY:As Marketing Support Specialist, you will perform marketing and administrative duties and support the Product Managers on product management, development, and commercialization activities, as needed. Responsibilities include managing the customer communications process, maintaining and improving the customer database, maintaining and updating regional price lists, and maintain accurate documentation of business processes and policies.RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist Product Managers with the review and summary of peer reviewed publications related to TDX products as part of the IVDR program. Support VOC of customer programs by reviewing interview transcripts for accuracy and scientific integrity.
Assist product managers in coordinating VOC interviews and other program activities.REQUIREMENTS:Ability to work with flexibility on several tasks simultaneously and to meet various concurrent deadlines and accomplish Department goals. Strong organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work independently with some guidance from the marketing team. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Ability to quickly learn new products, technologies, and markets.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization as well as outside contacts.EDUCATION:Accredited BA/BS degree in a life science discipline.WORK HOURS:Full-TimeDay Shift: 8-5Remote: Yes, no preferred time zone Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check.
