About This Role

This person will be a key member of the brand marketing team, leading Chipper social media management while driving the brand development and operational organization for Chipper's CEO. You will demonstrate impeccable organization and creative execution to increase engagement across social channels, events, and more.

Job Description
  • Lead brand marketing program management, taking overall strategies and working with the brand marketing team to plan campaigns and content to drive awareness and engagement across all social media channels and The Chipper Club, the online community for student loan borrowers.
  • Lead Chipper social media marketing strategy, planning, and execution to increase audience size, audience engagement and conversions (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Drive social media content production and calendar, working with internal team members, contractors and partners to execute posts on time.
  • Create and/or facilitate the creation of original photography, graphics, videos, and ads.
  • Develop copy for brand marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media captions, reel and video scripts, and promotional copy engagement deliverables.
  • Utilize tools to develop reports on key metrics for social media platforms and community.
  • Foster social communities and online reputation of brand, programs, and initiatives, providing rapid response to inquiries and comments across brand marketing channels.
  • Serve as an expert on brand guidelines, helping to ensure compliance across digital marketing channels

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • 2+ years of social media marketing experience
  • Proficiency operating social media management and listening tools (Sprout Social a plus)
  • Experience in Figma, Canva, CapCut (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent training
  • A portfolio that includes relevant projects
  • Incredibly organized and efficient at managing your time across multiple projects, while focusing on deadlines

Benefits
    Compensation will be a mix of salary and stock options. It's based on your location and will be highly competitive compared to similar-stage companies.
