Hello from Chilton Auto Body,
We are currently looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative willing to grow with our collision business. The position will be in San Carlos, CA. Currently, we have 12 locations in the bay area and growing.
1. Greet each customer in a professional and courteous manner with great customer service.
2. Guide the customer to the correct party that will assist them.
3. Check vehicles into the Collision Center, photo vehicles, document files and search for information utilizing our paperless environment, file documentation.
4. Accept and record payments.
5. Answer phones and redirect calls
We are a team environment and crossing training may be required as the business needs expand.
1. Must be able to pass a thorough background check
2. Valid driver's license
Must be able to work the 7 am to 4 pm or the 9 am to 6 pm shift.
1. Paid holidays (7) and PTO (2 weeks)
2. Kaiser Medical with a $300 monthly company contribution
3. 401(k) Retirement with up to 3% company contribution
