ChillX.co is looking for a bright Customer Service Representative at our new DTLA office.
The best customer service manager are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. The customer service manager can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
Specializes in helping customers troubleshoot their pet appliances - our ChillX AutoEgg Self-cleaning Litter Box
Manage customer service resources
Provides best in class pre-sale and post-sale customer service, solutions and product information to our customers from inbound customer support platforms - phone, social media, and email
Manage returned, and reconditioned inventory and ensure items are in stock.
Receive, clean, recondition, fix, and document returned units.
Internal Feedback: We look to our support team for insight into how customers feel about our products, what troubleshooting issues are trending, etc.
Marketing Assistance: You will help with product marketing research and copywriting.
Maintain office cleanliness.
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
Other assigned duties.
Cat lover is a BIG plus!
eCommerce customer service experience
Highly organized and dependable
Strong IM, phone, and email contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Startup Mindset: Thrive working independently in changing environments and have a strong ability/willingness to learn and grow
