We have openings for Community Based Providers providing services to children and families in Broome County. Community Based Providers use their working knowledge of the resources in the communities to meet the needs of the youth and their families. Scheduling is flexible to meet the needs of the youth and their families and will include some weekend and evening hours.
The Community Based Provider schedules and coordinates weekly service delivery with participants. You must be able to fulfill all assigned hours with clients on a monthly basis and submit documentation weekly. Regular meetings will be held at least monthly with the supervisor/director. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are required.
Education & Experience: Education and Experience go hand-in-hand for these positions. Experience in foster care, addiction, or juvenile justice, children’s mental health or child welfare is required. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' experience.
Part-time and full-time positions are available. Full-time positions are eligible an excellent compensation package including four options for health insurance, dental, vision, 403(B) with 6% employer contribution, dependent care and tuition reimbursement, life insurance and generous paid time off.
