Job Description

 Immediate opening for customer service call center for pediatric home care professional with 2+ years recent experience handling fast paced call environment. We need a high energy, people person, who thrives in a fast paced environment as our perfect candidate! To be considered, You need recent industry experience in customer service.

Skills we need for the position: MUST be bilingual, able to problem solve, can handle stressful situations, strategic thinker, self-motivated, handle multiple tasks, detailed, solid computer skills, meets deadlines, able to identify priorities, excellent follow through. Brightree and excel is a plus.

This is a full time position, Monday-Friday, 8:30a-5p. We offer great benefits: health, 401k, PTO, bonuses, above market pay! Must pass level 2 background screen, have dependable work history, be a non-smoker, non-vapor.
