Child and Family Psychological Services is hiring a full time Adult Psychiatrist / TMS Director to oversee Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services across the group practice.
The Practice TMS Director champions and assists in the supervision of all aspects of TMS service delivery provided, ensuring that quality of care meets or exceeds professional and community standards while assisting the practice in growing TMS services throughout the practice. In addition to leadership/administrative responsibilities, the Practice TMS Director will be expected to provide 25 hours a week of direct clinical service. The Director will have primary responsibility for operations of the designated program to ensure that operations are consistent with the mission of the practice and its policies and procedures. This position can be located out of our Norwood or Weymouth office.
Position Qualifications & Requirements:
- MD/DO from accredited Medical School required
- Board Certification in Adult Psychiatry required
- Must possess a current, unrestricted State license to practice psychiatry in Massachusetts. Licensure in additional states is a plus.
- 3 years of psychiatric practice preferred
- Interest in developing the TMS clinical program required; at least 1 year of TMS experience is preferred but not required. For the right candidate, we are open to providing in house training and supporting external training activities to develop the program

We have an innovative clinical delivery services model and business plan designed to adapt to the changing health care system. As a multidisciplinary practice, we are able to offer a full range of services including psychiatric evaluations, psychological evaluations, neuropsychological evaluations, psychopharmacology, individual, family and group psychotherapy, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). We also offer telehealth options for psychotherapists to use adjunctively with established patients as they deem appropriate.
In addition to our extensive clinical staff, our group seeks to maximize the benefits of a group practice in terms of shared resources, a full administrative staff, and consistent referral streams, while maintaining significant clinical independence. We also provide peer consultation groups, have full time technology/media support, and we are APA approved to provide continuing education, maintain a post-doctoral training program and are part of an APA-approved internship consortium.
