Required Degree(s):  Associates in Psychology, Social Work or related field  

Preferred Degree(s): Bachelors in Social Work, or related field
Preferred License: LSW

*1-3 years of employment experience in child welfare, social work, or case management services is preferred.

You will provide weekly individual, family and group mental health case management services to children, adolescents and young adults in Foster Care, Therapeutic Foster Care and Independent Living programs.  

Primary job responsibilities include:

Provide services in the foster home setting and also in the community; to foster youth, foster families and birth families.

Create and maintain Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) with clients and their families.

Conduct assessments on youth in care and serve as coordinating service provider, if licensed.

Link clients with community resources and effectively collaborate with school or community professionals, JFS staff and other service providers. 

Some evening hours each week.  Share on-call emergency access cell-phone rotation.
