Overview

We are looking for someone who has/is the following;

• Works with the Operator review monthly reports and expenses
• Creates and maintain administrative systems
• Stocks office supplies for two locations
• Works operationally during lunch times in the restaurants
• Payroll, benefits, invoices, etc...

• Proficient in time management, scheduling and prioritizing tasks.
• Must have open availability. Ability to work on mid-month and end-of-month paperwork.
• Use of a personal vehicle is required for picking up supplies and assisting with catering orders if necessary.
• Computer skills; ability to order supplies, e-mail, excel spreadsheets, etc...
• Willingness to eagerly serve customers in store during lunch hours.
