Role and Responsibilities: The mission of a Front Counter Hospitality Team Member is to focus on the guest and provide a memorable dining experience for everyone they serve each day. This ensures that all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. Areas of responsibility include order taking, delivering food, cleaning, and best of all, smiling. A cheerful attitude accompanied with a desire to get things done as a team is required. No experience? We'll teach you everything you need to know.
