Director of Operations

The Operations Director at Chick-fil-A at Frederick North delivers operational excellence, fosters personal growth of its Team Members, and delivers quality customer experiences. The Operations Director reports directly to the Restaurant Owner/Operator and develops all Managers and mid-level leaders on the leadership team. The Operations Director sets the standard for operational excellence and leads by example.

Ensure SAFE Daily Critical evaluations are being completed (2x/day minimum)
Ensure the restaurant is clean and maintained throughout the day
Ensure all Team Members prepare and serve food in accordance with Chick-fil-A, Inc. best practices

5. Create a Good Guest Experience

Ensure cleanliness, speed, and taste remain in the top 20%
Ensure hospitality is REMARK-able by demonstrating second-mile service
Ensure table touch-ins are consistently performed by dining room staff

Desired Qualifications:

* 4 Year Higher Education Degree or beyond preferred
* 4-5 years of leadership experience leading a large team
* 4 years or more of experience within the restaurant or food industry
* Experience in both Front of House and Back of House operations of a restaurant
* 40 - 45 hours a week availability, evening and Saturday availability
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent computer skills
* ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certified
* Experience working in a Chick-fil-A restaurant is a plus
