Marketing Coordinator

Job Description Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator plays an essential part in executing the business development plan set in place by Marketing Director and Operator. This person will be responsible for carrying out Marketing in-store, in the community, and via social media presence. The job duties consist of but is not limited to: Social Media, POP Installation, Events, Community Partnerships, Donation Requests, Job Fairs, along with 10-15 hours of in-store Operations. The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Marketing Director. This is an entry level, full-time position.



    • Assumes primary leadership of in-restaurant marketing materials (National Campaign, Market Level & Local POP)

    • Manage restaurant donation system and pick-ups

    • Coordinate community events (i.e. schools, sports, festivals, etc.)

    • Champion Chick-fil-A One™

    • Update Community Board and Reader Board weekly

    • Execute in-restaurant marketing events as needed (3-4 events annually).

    • Serve operationally in a team member capacity weekly

    • Meet with Marketing Director on a weekly basis

Social Media

    • Work alongside Marketing Director to execute social media strategy and audience research

    • Create and execute a social media publishing schedule.

    • Generate organic social media content by capturing and posting engaging and eye-catching content.

    • Establish social media goals and execute daily with these goals in mind.

    • Respond to reviews and messages within a timely manner

    • Expand social media reach by developing CFA Dixie’s social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat.


    • Represent the Chick-fil-A Brand at Local Job Fairs (approx. 1 monthly)

    • Be able to speak on behalf of Chick-fil-a and tell our story

    • Post Jobs to Social Media Pages, as needed


    • Be the Culture Advocate leader of our Hospitality mindset.

    • Go above and beyond to make our restaurant inviting and feel like home.

    • Execute In-Store events (3-4 annually)

    • Execute Community Events (1-2 monthly)

    • Be mission minded and teach our mission to others. “Be a blessing to everyone we come into contact with and be a good steward of everything that has been entrusted to us”.
