Sales and Brand Growth Coordinator Role Description
A Sales and Brand Growth Coordinator is an influencer in the restaurant who helps to activate marketing experiences for the restaurant and community.

Requirements
- Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week and have open availability Fridays and Saturdays
- Required to close: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and some Saturdays
- Preferred experience: 1+ year in marketing/brand growth

Responsibilities
- All In-Restaurant responsibilities take priority over marketing
- Be an advocate for Chick-fil-A Conyers’ events by being knowledgeable about upcoming events and promoting to current guests/community members.
- Implementer and photographer of social media posts weekly (2 hours)
- Serve as Event Lead for all Chick-fil-A Events (Spirit Nights, Daddy Daughter Date Night, etc.)
- Install POP for new national campaigns, understands the importance of marketing material
- Serves as an in-restaurant leader for upsell contests (ex: Cookies for Kids, etc.)
- Works directly with Event Team Members including day-of responsibilities, training, and more.
- Attend Monthly Sales and Brand Growth Meetings (when applicable)

In-Restaurant Responsibilities
- Serve in a Team Member role for a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Exception to schedule Close on POP Change Out Saturday once a month

Total Weekly Hour Expectation Breakdown
- 90% Operations, 10% Marketing
- Hourly breakdown is subject to change due to operational or event needs.

In-Community Responsibilities
- Brand ambassador and relationship builder with local community members
- Identify and secure new catering guests or partners
- Support Sales and Brand Growth Senior Director/Catering Supervisor initiatives (ex: Thank You Notes, CARES recovery, Talent Recruitment Events)
- Knowledge Share with guests regarding virtual catering assistant
