Our credit union was initially formed in 1938 when members of the Chicago Patrolmen's Association decided to pool their financial resources for the betterment of all. Today, we serve police officers of all ranks from new recruits to the Superintendent of Police, as well as police family members. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
As a Call Center Representative, you realize the importance of extending excellent customer service to members and prospective members and how that impacts the growth of our credit union. You exude a professional and courteous attitude as you interact with members and fellow employees while troubleshooting and resolving issues.
You focus on keeping the department's abandoned call rate lower than 4% by promptly handling incoming calls and recognizing opportunities to share your knowledge about new and existing credit union products and services. This helps our credit union reach established growth targets.
- Two years call center experience preferred
- Ability to handle personal, sensitive information professionally
- Strong critical thinking skills with an emphasis on accuracy
- Focused with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Credit score of 600+

This position offers a flexible 37.5-hour weekly work schedule. The call center is open Monday through Friday.
