Corporate Paralegal/ Legal Assistant Ref: Job #4718

Our west suburban law firm client is seeking a highly motivated, team-orientated paralegal/legal assistant with 3+ years of corporate/transactional experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas: mergers and acquisitions, private equity, debt finance, asset finance & securitization, private funds and/or investment management. A bachelors degree and paralegal certificate is preferred. Salary up to the mid $60’s.
