As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead strategy development to inform growth strategies for our partners. You will shape the broader business strategy and roadmap for execution on either single products or entire portfolios and help analyze whether an opportunity is worth pursuing. You will see beyond the confines of industries, continuously reimagine the future, use business tools to design viable solutions, and turn abstract ideas into tangible business opportunities in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Gather data to define white spaces and opportunity areas, and assign market value to identified opportunity areas
- Shape business strategies based on market insights
- Develop industry forecasts based on traditional and nontraditional data
What You Will Bring To Chew:
- 8+ years of full-time working experience - might be strategy consulting, product strategy, product management, product innovation, corporate strategy, business insights, business planning, go-to market, and/or growth strategy
- Ability to build and interpret financial models to quantify business impact
- Strong business acumen (may be obtained through MBA and/or other formal or informal education and experiences), including knowledge in strategy, marketing, finance, operations, and product development
- Proven track record of working within the CPG and/or food industry
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex business ideas to different audiences, through written, visual, and verbal communications
Other Skills and Attributes:
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations with limited direction, as well as work as part of a team
- Being a visual person with a high energy level and good sense of humor is a huge plus.
- Insatiable curiosity to learn more about the food industry, different culinary markets and what drives them
