Below are the requirements Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficiency of various information systems that support core organizational functions including but not limited to accounting systems, MRP, ERP, HRIS, design software, order processing software, payroll software, and time-keeping software * Work to develop and maintain various information systems to support the technological infrastructure of all business units * Maintain a working knowledge of industry trends and new technologies related to information systems * Install and configures various forms of systems including phone systems, computers, software, and other business equipment * Perform other job-related duties as assigned Supervisory/Management Authority: · This position does not have management authority or supervisory capacity Education and/or Experience: * A minimum of an Associate's Degree is required * Two (2) years of experience in a related field; preferably in a federal government setting * Experience and/or certification in Microsoft operating systems is required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Working knowledge of accounting software, database software, human resources systems, order processing systems, word processing software, Contract Management systems, Design software, internet software, payroll software, Development software, Inventory software, manufacturing software, spreadsheet software are needed * Familiarity with Cisco equipment & configuration (CCNA or higher), SQL, MRP, and ERP * Excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and time management skills * Ability to effectively communicate; both oral and written * Successfully pass a drug screen and federal background check Work Environment: · This position is performed in a secured federal office setting About Cherokee - Federal Cherokee Federal - a division of Cherokee Nation Businesses - is a team of tribally owned federal contracting companies focused on building solutions, solving complex challenges, and serving the nation's mission around the globe for more than 60 federal clients.
