We are a fast-paced and reputable Residential & Commercial Construction Company seeking

an experienced, full-time Carpenter

➢ Job Description & Benefits

• Skilled Carpenter with at least 2 years’ experience needed to work full time on residential and commercial projects.
• Majority of work is in local Pittsburgh area with occasional short, out-of-town projects
• Pay rate based on experience and skill level
• Health Benefits after 90 days of employment

➢ Job Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years proven experience as a Carpenter
• Must possess your own hand tools
• Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
• Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have valid transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Ability to work with others
• Show up on time

➢ Preferred Skills & Responsibilities

• Rough framing of wood and metal studs
• New construction/remodeling experience
• Concrete forming
  Demolition
• Siding
• Roofing, both new and repair
• Build window frames, doors, staircases and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items
• Window and door installation
• Bend metal
• Cabinetry installation
• Trim work
• Hanging drywall
• Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements
• Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
• Minor plumbing and electrical skills
• Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)
