To enhance Chemstar Water's market presence and customer engagement by increasing online visibility, driving lead generation, and providing value-driven content across various channels, while also supporting the team in broader marketing initiatives.


  1. Generate a minimum of 20 high-quality leads per month from targeted industries/regions within the first 6 months.
  2. Achieve a top 10 ranking for at least 5 keywords, such as "cooling water treatment," within 6 months.
  3. Improve Google's average position to under 10 within a year.
  4. Boost website visibility, targeting 1,000 clicks per month.
  5. Produce at least one relevant 600-word blog bi-weekly addressing customer needs, regulations, and value propositions.
  6. Monthly creation of customer-relevant posts on LinkedIn and Twitter.
  7. Execute a monthly email newsletter to both existing and potential customers.
  8. Optimize and manage Chemstar Water’s CRM contact lists in HubSpot for enhanced email campaign targeting.
  9. Coordinate and lead a quarterly webinar with content-rich topics related to industry developments and training.
  10. Attain expertise in the market, industry, and product within the first 6 months through constant networking.
  11. Establish Chemstar Water’s YouTube channel and initiate a content-rich video library.
  12. Provide logistical support for 5-7 annual tradeshows.
  13. Collaborate with the team to create industry-specific marketing materials as required, ensuring timely response to dynamic needs.
  14. Update and refresh company graphics, presentations, and marketing materials. At least one marketing presentation or graphic per month.
  15. Marketing Calendar: Create and execute on Chemstar Water's annual marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely execution of planned activities.
  16. Lead Generation and Management: Establish and maintain workflows for managing lead nurturing, tracking proposal follow-ups, and overseeing leads until closure.



  • Inbound Marketing: Minimum 3 years of experience in generating warm leads through effective inbound marketing campaigns.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to create, understand, and execute on an annual marketing calendar and adjust strategies based on results and market changes.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in measuring and analyzing digital metrics to make informed decisions and optimize performance.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy in content, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Content Creation: Strong writing skills for creating blogs, newsletters, and social media posts. Visual content creation abilities would be a plus. Minimum 3 years of content writing experience.
  • Project Management: Ability to oversee and manage multiple tasks, campaigns, and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience with SEO, Google Analytics, lead generation, and other digital tools to improve online presence.
  • CRM Skills: Proficiency in using CRM tools, especially HubSpot, to manage leads, nurture workflows, and email campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including tech staff, sales, and other departments, to achieve collective growth goal of the company.
  • Continuous Learning: Eager to stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Always prioritizing the needs and preferences of customers in content creation and outreach initiatives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms such as YouTube, social media, and webinar software.
  • Adaptability: Can adjust quickly to changes in the marketing landscape or company priorities.
  • Networking: Demonstrated ability to connect with individuals across the industry and within the company to stay informed and gain expertise.
  • Design Sensibilities: While not a designer, should have an eye for good design to provide input on marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.


1. Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  • Design, implement, and monitor the annual marketing calendar.
  • Adjust marketing strategies based on data-driven insights and market feedback.

2. Lead Management:

  • Design, implement, and maintain workflows for nurturing leads from acquisition through closure.
  • Track and analyze lead metrics to optimize lead generation strategies.

3. Content Creation:

  • Regularly produce and publish blog content tailored to industry trends, customer needs, and company insights.
  • Develop and post content for social media channels, especially LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Oversee the creation of videos for the company's YouTube channel.

4. Email Marketing:

  • Design, send, and evaluate monthly email newsletters.
  • Maintain and segment the company's contact lists within HubSpot for targeted campaigns.

5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Optimize website content and structure to improve search rankings.
  • Track and analyze keyword performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

6. Webinars:

  • Coordinate, promote, and lead quarterly webinars.
  • Collaborate with the technical staff to ensure content relevance and quality.

7. Customer and Market Knowledge:

  • Continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends, product developments, and market dynamics.
  • Network with company staff and customers to gain deeper insights and expertise.

8. Digital Presence and Analytics:

  • Monitor and optimize the company's digital presence, including the website and social media channels.
  • Analyze digital metrics using tools like Google Analytics to refine strategies.

9. Event Support: Provide logistical support for tradeshows, including material preparation and coordination.

10. Marketing Materials Development: Collaborate with internal teams to design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, banners, booth materials, etc.

11. CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot or other CRM tools effectively to manage contact lists, lead nurturing workflows, and email campaigns.

12. Team Collaboration: Work closely with different departments, particularly sales and technical teams, to align marketing strategies with broader company goals.
