Sr. Graphic Designer / Art Director

Chase Marketing (rebranding to Chase&Co.) is hiring a full-time, on site, senior-level graphic designer. Five years experience working as a designer, with strong skills in typography, brand-aware design for digital & print. Agency experience is a plus.

Qualified candidates will be comfortable managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment with frequent tight deadlines. Projects include creating digital ads, billboards, packaging, and other marketing assets for a wide variety of clients in restaurant, auto, consumer goods, and the B2B space.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• BA or BFA in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field

• 5+ years graphic design experience

• Strong understanding of layout, color, typography

• Self-starter that takes ownership of a project with direction from Creative Director

• Ability to multitask effectively

• Strong management, problem solving, and decision-making skills

• Flexible and adaptable; able to work and thrive in ambiguity

• Firm grasp of branding and strategic marketing

• Strong communication and organizational skills, must be able to present ideas and communicate the thought process behind the design

• Strong portfolio demonstrating quality design, strong creativity, and artistic skill set

Compensation will be negotiated to match skills and experience.

• Develop creative and engaging marketing materials for print media, web, email, billboards, and social media

• Collaborate with other creatives and account managers to deliver on projects

• Specific projects and design responsibilities subject to change depending on needs

• Maintain awareness of industry trends and incorporate new styles and techniques

• Must be able to positively take direction and receive criticism
