Our current opening will be seated at Charter CARE, located in Providence, RI. Our Health Partners is a coordinated regional care network comprised of two acute care hospitals, a large nursing home facility, a regional cancer center, a rehabilitation center, a community primary care center, a home health services company, an IPA, and a large physician group practice. Charter CARE also operates a school of nursing. Our coordinated regional care model allows us to deliver services to patients at multiple levels of care, at the right time and place and at lower costs. This way of organizing and delivering health care services enables us to optimize population health management strategies in Rhode Island. Charter CARE is a joint venture company that leverages both the healthcare management expertise and capital strength of Prospect Medical Holdings, a CA-based company.

JOB SUMMARY

The Business Systems Analyst will analyze existing systems for improvement, recommend new system processes, query data warehouse tables for revenue recovery opportunities, assist with corporate reporting of KPIs and pertinent business metrics, and keep detailed reports of all structural and process changes. The Business Systems Analyst follows best practices and align with company goals while creating better procedures and solutions to increase performance and revenue.

· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

· Programs including COBOL, C, etc.

· Able to analyze system records and translate data

· Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all levels of management

· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

· Self-motivated and self-directed

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or IT related field

· Master’s in business or related field preferred.

Experience

· Two years previous experience in business systems analyst
