We refuse to be defined by industry norms or satisfied with the way things used to be when those things are not in the best interest of our people, our patients or our clients.
We work tirelessly to make this the place we wish it would be. When it is not, we are encouraged to help be the change.
For our guests and their medical needs there is no one solution or best practice, only the solution that is best for them. A quality outcome is the one that is best for the pet and their human across their entire decision making process. Our job is not to dictate, but rather to educate.
For ourselves, those who give of themselves in this profession and with this team, we’ll accept nothing less than for this to be a place we love to come to each day. A team that supports one another, a mood that is positive, an environment that is inviting, ideas that are encouraged and work that is rewarding are the defining characteristics of being part of the CHV team.
