POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT – IT SYSTEMS PROGRAMMER
EFFECTIVE DATE: OCTOBER 18, 2019
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Develop reports/forms/queries/custom web pages from database using SQL/HTML/Bootstrap/CSS/JAVA/Excel/Crystal Reports/Tableau.
Develop and implement automation projects to increase efficiency as directed by the Trustee, IT Systems Manager and the Assistant Trustee.
Monitor and resolve help desk tickets.
Deploy hardware and software as directed by the IT Systems Manager.
Technically supports area network systems.
Installs or assists in new or revised software releases.
Coordinate with the IT Systems Manager and other automation personnel with the Court and other providers.
Uncover and repair work stoppage and errors by performing tests and monitoring output.
Increase system efficiency by analyzing and altering software and programs.
Keep highly sensitive debtor data and PII confidential.
Other duties as directed by the Trustee, the Assistant Trustee, the Comptroller, IT Systems Manager, or Staff Attorneys.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
A+ Certification and/or college degree in Information Technology or related field.
Proficiency in SQL script writing, HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, JAVA, jQuery Excel, Crystal Reports and Tableau.
Proficient with Adobe and Microsoft products such as, but not limited to, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Scanner operation and performance in a paperless environment a must.
Proficiency with the Court Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system and PACER is highly desirable.
Bankruptcy work experience is a plus.
Data entry and programming accuracy and timeliness is a must.
Excellent organizational skills are a must.
Excellent attendance is a must.
Analytical and reasoning skills are a must.
Strong work ethic and integrity are a must.
Desire to stay on the cutting edge of technology.
