Title: Junior & Senior Automotive Technicians

Salary: Junior- $25-35 /hour, Senior- $36-55 /hr

We are a high-quality performance shop in Winchester, VA, looking to hire Junior & Senior Technicians.

We specialize in Jeeps, 4x4s, diesel, performance, drift cars, track cars, classic cars and custom-built vehicles.

Education/Experience:

Junior Tech- Minimum 5 years of PROFESSIONAL automotive technician experience.

Senior Tech- Minimum 10 years of PROFESSIONAL automotive technician experience.

ASE Certification is a plus.

Welding/Fabrication Experience is a plus

Job Requirements:

Junior Tech:

• MUST provide basic tools, equipment, and air tools to complete jobs. We do not allow loaning other technicians’ tools or equipment. We have Matco and Snap-On trucks that come by weekly.

• MUST have the ability to work on gas and diesel vehicles.

• MUST know how to properly set up the drivetrain.

• Willingness to learn and advance their automotive education and take direction well.

• Diagnose and repair customer vehicles in a timely manner.

• Attention to detail. Perfection is a key factor at Chaos.

• Be a team player.

Senior Tech:

• MUST own basic and advanced tools, equipment, and air tools to complete jobs. We do not allow loaning other technicians’ tools or equipment. We have Matco and Snap-on trucks that come by weekly.

Job Overview:

We strive to have techs who should be able to do anything from basic oil changes, tune-ups, brake jobs, wheels/tires (to include deadlocks), and engine/transmission swaps, to complete suspension rebuilds and steering modification.

Fabrication & welding work for advanced techs could involve rust repair, using the plasma table to create brackets/plates, or even making custom bumpers and roll cages.
