Job Title: CPQ Business Analyst

FLSA Status: Exempt

Reports to: Product Systems Manager

Summary: The CPQ Business Analyst will work within a high-performing CPQ team to maintain and enhance product in Oracle CPQ solution and related Oracle Cloud systems.

The CPQ Business Analyst is responsible for functional requirements and data related to Skyline Champion's Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) application. The CPQ Business Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining products in Oracle CPQ, creating CPQ product rules, and working cross-functionally with other departments and stakeholders to meet business requirements.

• Cross-functional knowledge of Home Design, Construction, Sales, and Product Development processes
• Strong Architecture and Construction Industry experience
• Strong project management, problem-solving, & analytical thinking skills
• Strong skills with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work as a peer in cross-functional teams
• Solid business acumen, management, and communication skills
• Solid written and verbal communication skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain portfolio of Skyline Champion products in CPQ
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, costing, engineering, and product teams to create and maintain products that meet business requirements
• Develop, test, and deploy models and product-related rules for home shoppers, retailers, distributors, and internal sales users
• Create and maintain data tables in CPQ that will be used to drive configuration logic and rules that impact option selections, BOMs, pricing, product visualization, and other product information
• Simplify ease of configuration for end-users and increase quote turnaround for customers
• Collaborate with Costing Department to create CPQ rules that aid with BOM accuracy in Oracle
• Collaborate with I.T Department and consultants to build new features or capabilities in CPQ
• Perform CPQ administration and configuration tasks
• Develop and maintain end user training documentation and deliver training as required
• Create business requirements documents to support CPQ implementation efforts
• Travel as required

Education & Experience

• University degree or college diploma in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Oracle CPQ experience is a major plus
• Experience in B2B and B2C eCommerce
• Experience in home building, architecture, or home design industries
• Experience with CPQ product bundling/packaging, product rules, pricing rules, and quoting processes
• Product Development and Sales & Marketing experience
