HR & Compensation Coordinator

This role is a newly created and will require balancing work between corporate HR and Global Compensation. He/She will have to be flexible with taking projects and work as needed while maintaining high level of attention to detail. The role is critical for enabling the teams to deliver seamless service to the business & will require a strong sense of urgency.

The Coordinator will be accountable for ensuring Corporate HR and compensation processes run smoothly and efficiently in order to deliver best in class service to the business. This requires handling multiple operationaland administrative processess to support the Corporate HR and Compensation teams. He/she will manage data processing, reporting and analytics, salary surveys, and employee processess. The Coordinator will also take initiative to improve operational processess and provide support for projects as needed.

This person will serve as the Point of contact for corporate employees
Maintains HR Information systems:
• Data entry for all employee changes including new hires, promotions, terminations, leaves of absence, etc.
• Data loads for PeopleFluent compensation system
• Conduct data quality audits and make corrections as necessary
• Partner with HRIS team to escalate and resolve data or system issues
• Ad hoc reporting from multiple systems
• Point of contact for employees regarding HRIS self-service

Talent Acquisition Support:
• Candidate sourcing on various roles
• Support talent acquisition lead with interview scheduling, greeting candidates, candidate travel, and other activities
• Assist with posting jobs and other applicant tracking system actions
• Applicant tracking system reporting as needed
• Handle pre-onboarding processes, including background checks, drug screening and I-9 forms

Compensation Data Management and Analytics:
• Global coordination and tracking with regional compensation leaders and vendors
• Prepare salary survey results
• Market data review and analysis for salary structures
• Load data into PayFactors system
• Salary offers analysis and recommendations
• Process automation support
• Ad hoc projects and analysis

Employee Processes
• Coordinate on-boarding activities for new corporate employees
• Partner with facilities team to support seating arrangements/changes
• Conduct off-boarding processes for employee separations
• Support employee appreciation week activities
• Employee files and documentation
• Submit various payroll requests such as tuition reimbursement, spot awards, severance pay, etc.
• Support activities for summer internship programs
• Leave of absence, hourly/overtime administration and auditing
• Maintain headcount tracking files

Project Support
• Prepare presentation and training materials as needed
• Assist with communication materials and e-mail distributions
• Ad hoc support for team projects

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field required
1-2 years in HR Administrative role or Internship

Preferred: Experience with HRIS and/or compensation systems and experience with candidate sourcing Contract to perm
Skills: CustomeR service orientation with the ability to problem solve, experience with data entry and management. Analytical skills and strong attention to detail, operates with a sense of urgency, maintains confidentiality and follows data protection policies. Communicates well with all levels of employees including senior leaders, process improvement mindset
