Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are a very busy Compounding Pharmacy seeking a Pharmacy Technician to became a part of our team! Heavy Customer Service duties with great customers in an awesome team atmosphere! We have a culture of a tight-knit group where everyone pitches in to complete the daily tasks!
Responsibilities:
- Answer and make phone calls regarding refills and new authorizations
- Occasionally help prepare medication for patients
- Measure dosage of medications, according to prescription orders
- Process prescriptions using computer software
- Label and record dosage information
- Manage communications between clinics
Qualifications:
- Pharmacy Tech certification
- Previous experience in pharmacy or other related fields
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
