Occupational Medicine experience is a plus but not required.
•1 year nursing experience preferred
•Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
•Valid LPN or MA license in the state of Oklahoma (required)
•Valid CPR certification
•Valid driver’s license
•Must pass a background check and drug screen
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Medical Assistant Skills:
•Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
•Ability to communicate effectively with patients and their employers.
•Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
•Ability to maintain confidentiality
•Assists with a wide range of diagnostic procedures including preparing patients, assisting in exams, preparing and passing instruments, and vaccine administration.
•Uses sound judgment to prioritize work assignments.
•Demonstrates knowledge of diagnostic measures based on a broad range of clinical data, i.e., vital signs, lab, reports, x-rays, EKG tracings, phlebotomy
•Evaluates injuries and assists as needed
•Performs a multitude of other duties as assigned to keep clinic running smoothly
•Occupational Experience is a PLUS
