Location: Ankeny, IA

Duration of Role:  3+ years

Pay: $34.00/ hourly

Hours: Multi-shift: Generally, 1st shift (6 am - 3:30 pm), 2nd shift (3:30 pm to 10:30 pm), 3rd (10:30 pm to 7 am). Overtime should be expected, before and after shift end along with weekend work.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead teams of production employees to safely deliver quality products in the most efficient manner
• Promote a culture of responsibility, DEI, and continuous improvement to drive sustainable business results
• Execute all aspects of supervisory tasks including training, development, and discipline
• Execute policies, procedures, and initiatives in supporting of unit objects
• Backfill Team Leaders: Vacation, Medical, Training, Etc.

REQUIRED:

• 2+ years of experience directly related to manufacturing, assembly or operational role
• 2+ years of leadership as a coordinator, supervisor, or manager
• 2+ years in developing or executing continuous improvement projects, labor planning, quality control plans, and safety protocols within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to support multi-shift operations including daily and weekly overtime based on business needs

DESIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Material Flow, Business Management, Supply Management, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• SAP experience
