We?re seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support our growing business. You?ll primarily be responsible for the end-to-end management of customer inquiries related to sales, renewals, licensing, invoicing, and general questions. This is an individual contributor, fast-paced role with room to grow.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
? Manage the end-to-end sales and renewal process for a portion of our customers? Prepare contracts and quotes as needed, including some with complex pricing? Book orders, approve purchase orders, execute vendor registrations as needed? Chase overdue invoices as needed (30, 60, 90 days past due)? Work closely with other internal staff (tech support, executive) in providing the best possible customer experience (what?s working, what?s not?)? Handle multiple priorities, requests, and customers at all stages of their interaction with Cerberus? Assist with improving process and customer response time? Communicate effectively at all times, never losing sight of the details and the overall customer experience? Be willing to assist with just about anything at any time; we?re a small business and you?ll need to wear multiple hats.
Qualifications and Experience
? 2-3 years in a sales support or renewal operations role. Renewals experience strongly preferred.? Zendesk or similar helpdesk ticket experience required? Sales operations experience (Salesforce, forecasting familiarity) a plus.? Ability to comport in a mature, professional, and thorough manner via phone and email (English proficiency required). ? Experience handling multiple requests concurrently, and seeing them to completion.? Ability to handle conflict and drive agreement on decisions for which conflicting opinions and input exist.? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience required? U.S Citizen, or already authorized to work in the United States

Creative problem solving, high quality decision making, and ?can do? attitude? Exceptional reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail?
