Job Summary
The Coordinator II - Small Business-Outbound performs a variety of skilled non-routine duties. Assist with various assigned project activities that may include gathering and reviewing a variety of data using company resources, compiling and formatting the data to a finished product, and getting necessary approvals in order to meet required management timelines. The Outbound Coordinator position supports multiple outbound small business teams. They are responsible for order entry and follow through install and billing issues to customers for CenturyLink's suite of products and solutions. Place orders through CenturyLink order entry systems, support front line sales on local order processing, handle customer needs that may be unique to the sales team, ensure processing feedback, identify error issues and resolve, monitor orders through completion and at times do first bill reviews.

  • Ability to answer billing questions/resolve billing disputes

  • Special Projects (Order corrections, order process needs)

  • Assistance in reporting/CSA support/event tables/training
  • Cross trained in other legacy systems (A CRIS Typist to learn ENS typing to handle overflow)

Experience in CRIS and / or ENS order and billing functions.
Consultative selling and customer questioning techniques to identify new opportunities to sell within existing accounts and maintain the role of trusted advisor to both the customer and the sales team.
Effective presentation, analytical, communications and customer relationship skills.
Project management skills.
Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects and associated deliverables.
Time management skills are a critical requirement.
Associate degree or equivalent education and 2-3+ years related experience.
Strong computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.)
Must have working knowledge of Excel to include working within spreadsheets and creating formulas.
Ability to do work varying shifts and hours.
Knowledge of maintaining databases, reports, spreadsheets, and forecasts.
Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment; completing work tasks with speed and accuracy.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to prioritize and handle critical items in a timely fashion.
