We are seeking to add a qualified individual to our staff as Call all Specialist.
We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual to our team as an Inside Sales / Call Center Appointment Setter.
Individuals in this position are responsible for making outbound business to business (B2B) phone calls to potential Clients with the mindset of scheduling a meeting for the Business Development Team. What you get in return:
Base Salary: In the area of $35K- $40K Annually Based on your experience.
Commission: Additional $35K - $40K Annually Uncapped

Schedule appointments - Outside Sales / Business Development Team
Enjoy yourself without being micromanaged.
Collaborate with team.
Speak with potential clients.
Document and track calls - interactions with potential customers
Email marketing material to interested customers.
Attend and contribute to weekly meetings with sales team and management.
Desired Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written skills
Good oral, writing, and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and self-directed
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional, friendly with phone personality skills
Proficient experience with MS Office and email
Positive solution-oriented attitude
1+ years of experience with outbound B2B sales/appointment setting in a call-center environment.
Prior experience with CRM software
Proven history of success in exceeding sales quotas
