Senior Financial Analyst

Our client in the healthcare service industry is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team for a direct hire opportunity. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of Senior Financial Analyst or 3 to 4 years of Financial Analyst experience, strong Excel skills, definitely need revenue cycle knowledge (AR/AR Aging/AR days/cash receipt). Detail oriented and can operate independently. This role is Hybrid in Orange, CA.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field
- Minimum three years’ experience in financial analysis with revenue cycle knowledge; experience in healthcare financial analysis, revenue cycle processes, denials, and cash applications strongly desired
- Ability to demonstrate problem solving, analytical, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
- Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously while working in a dynamic environment subject to impromptu changes in schedules and priorities
- Experience with data analysis and modeling to enable operational processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Visio, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
