Bookkeeper (WC - 25214)

Job Description:

· Collect and reconcile vendor invoices

· Assist with invoice discrepancy resolution

· Assist in all AP and AR functions

· Perform account reconciliations

· Maintain and organize accurate reports and company files

· Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills

· Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills

· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

· Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team

· Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines

· Detail-oriented

· Strong work ethic

Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience
