What You'll Do:
The IT Project Manager/Business Analyst works with all areas of the business to develop and document detailed business requirements that describe the business need and solution scope primarily for Robotic Process Automation and Corporate Report development. You will leverage BA methodologies across various enterprise automation initiatives and reporting deliverables. The IT Project Manager/Business Analyst is an integral part of the IT team, interfacing with business SMEs to analyze, document, and test processes, focusing on replacing or augmenting existing business processes.

What You'll Do:
The IT Project Manager/Business Analyst works with all areas of the business to develop and document detailed business requirements that describe the business need and solution scope primarily for Robotic Process Automation and Corporate Report development. You will leverage BA methodologies across various enterprise automation initiatives and reporting deliverables. The IT Project Manager/Business Analyst is an integral part of the IT team, interfacing with business SMEs to analyze, document, and test processes, focusing on replacing or augmenting existing business processes.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Understand and communicate stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members and manage all requirements accordingly to realize each for the stakeholder.
- Create supporting documentation, requirement communication (verbal and written) and solution assessment.
- Identify process improvements and facilitate reengineering of the business process.
- Collaborate with business and technical staff to ensure requirements are accurate, appropriate, technically feasible, and supportable and conform to IT-related technical architecture standards when applicable.
- Conduct cost/benefit analysis and perform business case development.
- Evaluate technical products for their conformance to documented requirements.
- Provide process expertise to others to understand the impact of system enhancements on the company's processes and how system functions and processes will generate the intended outcomes for the business.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure business requirements are satisfied and ensure proper UAT documentation is produced (based on use cases and test requirements).
- Ensure the development and execution of proper training, transition, and cutover plans to ensure appropriate user adoption and minimize business disruption.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively within the IT team and all supporting teams.
- Support the RPA Team's leaders in developing and implementing standards, policies, and procedures.
- Fulfill a Project Management role over individual IT projects and programs as needed.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
- Find and work to remove project roadblocks, motivate the team, and keep them on course.
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
What You Have:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable and effective at interacting with business users to identify reporting and data analysis needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and other organizational leadership.
- Knowledgeable in process analysis methodologies, e.g., process flow definition, data flow diagramming, and use case definition.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Your Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor's in Finance, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years of related work experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite, including Visio or similar applications.
- Experience creating core BA deliverables, e.g., functional spec, test cases, etc.
- CCBA or PMP certifications are desirable.
