We’re looking for Inside Sales- Account Executives to join our talented inside sales team. As an Account Executive, you must possess self-initiative, a steadfast determination, and effective time management skills to meet monthly sales goals.
This position requires excellent communication skills (written and oral), ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information, capacity to work well under pressure, and demonstrate proficient comprehension of computer technology for daily work tasks (e.g. CRM, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint).
- Engage in business development activities (cold/warm calls) to acquire new customers and expand Century's existing client base and revenue sources.
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the various proprietary integrated solutions available from Century.
- Analyze needs of the specific merchant and provide a well-suited product and solution tailored for them.
- Maintain business relationship with existing merchants and ensure customer satisfaction by sustaining a high retention rate.
- Record details of every sales lead and sales opportunity within CRM and submit daily, weekly, monthly reports to supervisor(s).
- Meet or exceed standard for sales benchmarks set forth.
- Possess the ability to resolve critical problems.
- Be target oriented, believe in teamwork, ability to work independently, devoted to work, and involved in developmental plans of the company.
