Are you a tenured, forward-thinking real estate professional looking for a change of pace? Do you love to mentor and motivate? We are recruiting for a Director for our New Agent Program (Ascend) to support CENTURY 21 Redwood's growing footprint.
CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty's Ascend Agent Coaching program curriculum is designed with best practices to make Redwood agents a cut above the rest while focusing on growing their business from day one, where newly licensed agents can become experts of our trade through execution of marketing activities, prospecting, classroom learning and mentorship through their first transactions. This program provides newly licensed agents the support to jump start their careers.
To perform in this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of various Real Estate software, be extremely fast at solving problems, an effective and efficient communicator and competitent in assisting agents with their marketing activities/business plans.
Work with Management to execute training strategy and curriculum for Ascend Program
Focus on business plan completion and execution
Motivating agents to engage in daily prospecting efforts to have business-minded conversations with potential clients
Consistently develop and improve curriculum for the Ascend Program
Schedule classes and locations
Accountable for metrics-based results for office performance in the following key performance indicators (KPIs):
Personal Agent Production: Oversee agent training to facilitate revenue growth through increased per person productivity (PPP)
Recruiting: Recruit agents into the Century 21 Redwood Realty Ascend Program
Ancillary Business Capture: Foster and then grow agent engagement with Company-preferred ancillary services
Consumer Lead Conversion: Enforce a consistent approach to maximize the conversion of company-generated consumer leads
Required to attend a weekly meeting with supervisor to complete a weekly status report to ownership
Onboarding - maintain and document onboarding process in regards to agent orientation and “Welcome to Redwood” messaging
Agents that graduate - maintain and document process to recognize graduate and transition them to the Redwood destination office
Agents that leave Redwood while in program - maintain and document process to exit agent from Redwood in conjunction with Corporate office
Execution Newly Licensed Agent recruiting strategy
Proficiency in any essential skill, program or tool as directed by company or outlined in Support Center Learning Trail, Essential Skills for Onsite Staff
Proactively engage agents for coaching and training opportunities
Ensure accurate tracking of Ascend agents course completion progress and graduation requirements
Management of real estate questions and contract issues from agents under their charge
Proactively review agent paperwork and addenda prior to agent sharing with client
Management and resolution of day-to-day broker issues for agents in the Ascend Program
Outside of office hours, must be accessible to agent/staff for real estate transaction questions
Review, sign and hold agents responsible for all paperwork. All paperwork will be responded to in a timely manner, ideally with same-day turnaround
Conduct Weekly Ascend classes
Ascend Director will manage the execution of curriculum and any classes assigned to outside instructors
The Ascend Director will be responsible for a higher proportion of classes
Consistently make suggestions to improve the curriculum for the Ascend Program
Assist Ascend agents in utilizing company resources to grow their business
Travel between C21 Redwood offices is required.
This is a bonused position, with a 60K base and opportunity to more than double earnings through growth of Ascend program.
