 Position Overview:

As a BT Technical Sourcer, you will be following up on candidate leads provided from Marketing, Outreach, Referrals, job boards, etc…. You will be contacting leads daily via phone, email, and text in the effort to schedule a phone interview with the recruiting team. The candidates that you seek out have expressed interest in working with children on the Autism Spectrum. Those candidates will become Behavior Technicians who will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy. ABA Therapy is a Surgeon General approved and peer reviewed science which shows significant impact across social and functional living skills for children and young adults on the Autism Spectrum.
