Rehab Admin Assistant

We are looking for a flexible, responsible, organized, and efficient individual to help support our rehabilitation departments located in Maplewood and St. Paul, Minnesota. This is a full-time, benefit eligible role working day shifts Monday-Friday. Experience in the health care environment is preferred, but not required. We are offering a 1k bonus for signing on with us!

The ideal candidate for this Rehab Admin role will be administratively strong and have excellent customer service skills. Assisting the Rehab Directors with administrative tasks constitutes approximately 80% of the job responsibilities. Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and prompt follow up are key in this role.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Assisting Rehab Director with administrative tasks
• Assisting therapists in different capacities during treatment
• Cleaning equipment as required
• Transporting patients, if needed
• Other related duties within the Rehabilitation Department
