QUALIFICATIONS:

*1. Possess a positive, professional, teamwork, and quality-conscious service attitude
that upholds Central's core values of integrity, relationships, and excellence

*2. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally using proper grammar both

orally and in writing

*3. Ability to adapt to changes on a regular basis

*4. Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks to meet required deadlines and work

independently

*5. Ability to work well in a team environment

*6. Evidence of leadership and organizational skills

*7. Detail oriented

* 8. Ability to lead by example - attendance, integrity, positive attitude, enthusiastic,

results oriented, adapt well to change

*9. P&C Agency License required

10. At least 2 years of agency experience preferred

*11. Ability to train and develop employees

*12. Available for occasional overnight travel

DUTIES:

*1. Provide outstanding customer service to our internal and external customers

*2. Service incoming billing calls and process premium payments from policyholders

*3. Service incoming claim calls; Demonstrate and apply knowledge of the claims

system

*4. Screen and process automated transactions for Commercial or Personal Lines policies

*5. Coordinate and process transfer books
