Job Description Job Title: Full-Time Cashier/Customer Service Job Summary: The Cashier is responsible for serving our customers courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic manner. No experience necessary will train the right person. You should also be available to take evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities: Answers the phone. Ability to receive money and make change accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work station.

Perform other related duties as assigned. Balance out all credit card transactions from the previous day. Scan all RO’s into the company system Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.

Answer customers’ questions and get a manager if your answer doesn’t solve the issue. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Basic PC knowledge Good math skills Customer satisfaction-orientated.
