Job Responsibilities:

1. Dealing with clients and the bank with banking issues, such as lost cards etc.

2. Paying bills on line that the client sends over

3. Familiarity with Payroll

4. Dues declarations of earnings

5. Proficient with excel, outlook, word…

6. Tying out in quickbooks payments to clients

7. Communicating with owner regarding what is being done for client;

8. Has to keep things confidential

9. Will have client contact to assist clients with their day to day items

10. Bookkeeping – entering credit card statements, some bank recs etc.

11. US Census responses

13. Making sure client insurance on property etc. is paid/handled…
