Job Description
Job Summary:

Central Freight Lines Customer Service Representative will receive incoming calls and interact with our customers in a professional manner to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction. This role will perform customer service duties in the service center supporting our customers as well as supporting other members of CFL in a fast-paced high call volume environment.

General Duties And Responsibilities:
  • Ability to present and maintain a positive corporate image in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
  • Answer phones and respond to emails in a courteous and timely manner
  • Proactively identify problems and swiftly implement the appropriate solution
  • Manage and resolve service requests from our sales department and their customer service teams
  • Provide timely and accurate shipment information to carriers.
  • Audit load information for accuracy and completion.
  • Complete customer, carrier and supplier requests with a sense of urgency.
  • Track and trace shipments on time to best serve our customers.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
