Job Description
Position Title: Program Director Campus: Central SupportReports To: Executive Pastor Status: Full-time ExemptPosition Summary: This position will work directly with Pastors and Ministry Directors to ensure Project/Program key deliverables are completed and or captured in advanced, ownership of tasks are assigned, a timeline is established, tasks are completed on time and projects fall within the applicable scope of our mission/vision and preestablished budget. The Program Director will manage a project/program from initiation to completion. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project/program is done with excellence, evaluated and an event repository is completed. This individual must fit within our collaborative culture and be a silo-buster.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with ministry leaders in developing comprehensive project plans for all key initiatives and activities, including but not limited to: Mobilize, Fill The Sleigh, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Easter Experience (take whats planned in WC, and create/execute car to chair experience), Campus Community Engagement days (formally known as Make a Difference Events or MADE for More days), Christmas, Easter, Summit, Vision nights, Volunteerism events, Campus fun days, Worship Nights).
- Meet with program/project owners and ministry leaders as needed to ensure all deliverables are on schedule.
- Own and complete tasks on key projects and initiatives.
- Delegate project/program tasks to staff and volunteers.
- Proactively assess our ministry processes and tasks, ensuring that they are complete, done properly and in an efficient manner.
- Track project/program performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Provide project/program coordination for the church as a whole under the direction of the Executive Team.
- Manage overall church calendar.
- Setup and maintain electronic filing systems as needed to ensure easy access to important documents, resources, tools and records.
- Own and manage the Ministry Dashboard and other key metric repositories.
- Take notes in meetings in support of project plans.
- Create tools, resources and documents on Microsoft office software.
- Build a strong relationship with the Central staff and volunteers.
- Track program/project spending.
- Develop and maintain systems and processes for managing Centrals volunteer Involvement/Engagement.
