Job Description of Administrative Assistant:

An Administrative Assistant's duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

Duties and Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant:
  • Answer the phone to take service orders and confirm scheduling
  • Maintain organized filing system
  • Process daily paperwork for billing department
  • Record delivery/pick up information in calendar
  • Produce driver paperwork for services
  • Assist scheduling department
  • Set up new customers
  • Initiate, track and follow-up on completion of forms sent to customers & vendors
  • Make training materials for classes provided to customers
  • Keep count of office and breakroom supplies for ordering
  • Assist with special quarterly and annual reporting and filing projects


Qualifications and Requirements of Administrative Assistant:
  • High school diploma or general education degree required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office focusing on Outlook & Word
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

This is a casual, yet professional, office with limited walk-in traffic. Company offers a regular weekly schedule to their office staff - no weekends! Benefits include health insurance, PTO, and 401k with match.
