An Administrative Assistant's duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Duties and Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant:
- Answer the phone to take service orders and confirm scheduling
- Maintain organized filing system
- Process daily paperwork for billing department
- Record delivery/pick up information in calendar
- Produce driver paperwork for services
- Assist scheduling department
- Set up new customers
- Initiate, track and follow-up on completion of forms sent to customers & vendors
- Make training materials for classes provided to customers
- Keep count of office and breakroom supplies for ordering
- Assist with special quarterly and annual reporting and filing projects
Qualifications and Requirements of Administrative Assistant:
- High school diploma or general education degree required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office focusing on Outlook & Word
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
