Central Arizona Supply is a 54-year-old family-owned plumbing, heating, appliance & air conditioning supply company with 15 locations throughout Arizona & Nevada, as well as a Central Distribution center. Our clients range from homeowners, interior designers, handymen (& women), builders, and contractors. Through our service counters and delivery trucks, we supply product to the residential, commercial, and hospitality industries. Through our showrooms, we supply product for remodels, custom and semi-custom homes.
We are so excited to keep growing and are looking for another Outside Sales Representative to call on Builders, Designers and Plumbers. Would love experience in home products, but more importantly are looking for an intelligent and charismatic person that loves their clients and help them to find the perfect plumbing and appliances for their projects
Job Description:
The Outside Sales Consultant works with the showroom and inside sales teams to drive sales into the branch, while cultivating deeper relationships and helping the client to find the right product to fit their budget.
Job Duties:
- Travel to service areas to represent the company and achieve the assigned goal
- Make outbound calls to sell company products
- Maintain a professional company image at all times
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance
- Recommend improvements to boost performance to the sales team
- Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors
- Build strong and successful relationships with clients
- Deal with various technology and equipment to fulfill the job requirements

Qualifications for this job:
- Proven experience as a sales representative in the building industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and rapport
- Great persuasive and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software
- Able to travel frequently to where the clients or jobs may be
