Job Description:

The Level 1 Administrator serves as a cornerstone in our IT and Sales environment. This position will be a first point of contact for level 1 IT support issues, with opportunities to learn new technologies and expand their skillset. The IT Data Administrator will also focus on managing various data workflows including CRM, product, sales documents, and sales data. They will also be responsible for creating reports within these workflows as well as taking actions based on report KPIs. The ideal candidate should have a suite technical and computer-related skills, with the ability to learn new processes and ‘see the bigger picture’ as it relates to Sales and Operations.

Essential Functions:

· Work with appropriate sales teams to track CRM user engagement

· Maintain and create various data and sales reporting

· Follow up with Sales and Management teams according to sales and data reporting to help achieve specific KPIs

· Administer product database; create, supplement, and report on product data

· Support IT Department as Level 1 Support and operate as first point of contact for IT-related issues

· Assist in technical and challenging IT Projects involving applications, scripting, networking, or similar skillsets

Job Requirements:

· 1-2 years’ experience in similar position

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

· Experience with some (preferably all) of the following:

· Some kind of CRM software (i.e. Salesforce, MS Dynamic, ZoHo, etc.)

· Reporting tools (i.e. MITS Reporting, Tableau, etc.)

· Microsoft Office 365 email and cloud suite tools

· Cisco networking and phone systems

· Working in a B2C/B2B Sales environment

· Experience with building/tearing down computers

· 35 WPM typing proficiency

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Internet Technology

· Any technical certifications including Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.

· Experience with coding in C#, Powershell and/or Bash scripting, SQL a major plus

· Experience with Infor SX is a major plus
