Information Technology (IT) Specialist

We are seeking candidates for an Information Technology (IT) Specialist position. Responsibilities for this position will include:

• Processing internal technology work orders
• Ensuring hardware and software are operational and accessible on all bank systems
• Supporting network administration and management of vendor relationships
• Facilitating statement rendering
• Processing account research requests
• Assisting with or managing various special projects

Position Requirements:

• Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems and standards is needed.
• College degree or two years IT User Support / Technical Support experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Experience supporting technology infrastructure, data security, and/or electronic data processing is preferred. Banking IT experience is preferred.
